Why not an airport-zone hotel?
For one night they work. But the zone around the terminal is a commercial strip of warehouses and motorway junctions, and the hotels reflect that.
- No views, no garden, and the runway close enough to hear.
- Dinner means the mall food court at Orio Center or the hotel bar.
- Parking is often charged on top of the room.
- Seriate is the same five minutes from the terminal: 3 km instead of 1, on a quiet residential street.

Logistics
From the terminal to your bed
- By taxi
- Taxis wait outside arrivals. Seriate is a 5-minute ride, around €10–15. Radio Taxi Bergamo: 035 451 1900. Uber and Bolt do not operate in Bergamo.
- By bus
- There's no direct bus from the airport to Seriate. In the daytime: ATB Line 1 to Bergamo station (€3), then Line 1A/1B to the Seriate Lunga fr.154 stop and a 12-minute walk, about 50 minutes in all. The last bus to Seriate leaves around 7:50 pm; after that, it's a taxi.
- With a hire car
- All the major rental desks are in the terminal. It's a 3 km drive along Via Nazionale, and parking at the villa is free, unlike the €10-a-day airport car parks.
- Late arrival
- No front desk to reach before it closes. The gate is left open and the keys are waiting inside the suite: land at 23:30, message us your arrival time, let yourself in.
- Early departure
- Guests on the 6 am flight usually leave around 4:30 and are at the gate in fifteen minutes. Five minutes by car, no shuttle to wait for.

- Late arrival, early connection
- Land at 23:00, sleep six real hours in a real bed, taxi back at dawn. Cheaper than the terminal sleep pods, and you actually rest.
- Flight before 7 am
- Book the night before, check in whenever you reach Bergamo, leave at 4:30 without waking anyone. The suite is the usual choice.
- One night between two flights
- A jacuzzi, a quiet garden and dinner in Seriate beat a sleepless layover. Ask us for a restaurant that stays open late.
- Bergamo airport as your entry point
- Land, stay three nights or more, and actually see Bergamo, the lakes and Franciacorta from a base five minutes from your return flight. The apartment suits this best.

- Your flight boards before 5 am and you'd rather walk to the terminal than take a five-minute taxi.

How far is Villa Gabri 25 from Bergamo airport?
3 km. Five minutes by car or taxi (about €10–15). There's no direct bus: you'd change at Bergamo station.
Can I check in after midnight?
On request. Self check-in runs from 15:00 to midnight at no extra fee. For a later arrival, message us your flight number and landing time and we'll confirm.
Is there an airport shuttle?
There's no shuttle, but on request we can pick you up for €15, if we're free at that time. Otherwise a taxi is €10–15 and takes five minutes.
Is it quieter than the airport-zone hotels?
Yes. The villa is on a residential street in Seriate, 3 km from the runway, with a 3,000 m² garden around it.
Can I leave my car at the villa while I fly?
Parking inside the gate is free for the nights you stay. If you'd like to leave the car longer, ask us before booking.
Is it worth it for a single night?
Yes. Single nights are welcome in the suite, and most airport guests stay exactly one.
