Bookings and Pricing
Rates are provided upon request and vary based on the period, length of stay, and accommodation type. The final price includes the accommodation cost, cleaning fees, and any tourist tax required by the Municipality of Seriate. Payment terms are communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Free cancellation up to 14 days before the check-in date. For cancellations between 14 and 7 days before check-in, a 50% refund of the amount paid applies. For cancellations within 7 days of check-in or in case of no-show, no refund is provided. For bookings made through third-party platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com), the cancellation policies of the respective platform apply.
Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal provided for distance contracts does not apply to contracts for the provision of accommodation for non-residential purposes when the contract specifies a particular date or period of performance. Therefore, once a booking is confirmed with specific dates, the 14-day right of withdrawal cannot be exercised. The cancellation conditions stated above apply.
