Service Description
Villa Gabri 25 is the official website of two short-term rental stays in Seriate (Bergamo, Italy). On the site you can check availability and prices and book online through Holidu, our booking partner, or contact the owners directly. The stays can also be booked on Airbnb. Bookings made through Holidu or Airbnb are also subject to that platform's terms and conditions.
Bookings and Pricing
Prices vary with the period, the length of stay and the chosen stay. The final price, shown before you confirm, includes the accommodation, cleaning fees and any tourist tax required by the Municipality of Seriate. How and when you pay is shown by the booking platform (Holidu or Airbnb) before you confirm; for bookings arranged directly with the owners, it is communicated at confirmation.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 24 hours before the check-in date. For cancellations within 24 hours of check-in or in case of no-show, no refund is provided. For bookings made through third-party platforms (Airbnb, Holidu), the cancellation terms shown on the platform at the time of booking apply.
Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal provided for distance contracts does not apply to contracts for the provision of accommodation for non-residential purposes when the contract specifies a particular date or period of performance. Therefore, once a booking is confirmed with specific dates, the 14-day right of withdrawal cannot be exercised. The cancellation conditions stated above apply.

All site content (text, images, graphics, logo) is owned by Villa Gabri 25 and protected by copyright laws. Reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Villa Gabri 25 strives to keep the information on the site accurate and up-to-date but does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the content. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the site.
